The rinks must be installed on a firm, level surface eg tarmac or concrete. If the surface is not level or is soft ie grass then the client will need to supply a sub floor of 3/4 inch plywood butted and fixed together to form a solid secure base.
If outdoors the client must supply adequate security during non operational hours.
